WARRANTY
Western Visions Lanyards warranties its lanyards against defects in both craftsmanship and materials. If you are dissatisfied with one of our lanyards, return it to us via the Return Policy noted below for repair, replacement or refund to be determined upon our inspection.
Damage caused by normal wear can be repaired for a reasonable charge.
RETURN POLICY
Prior to returning any lanyard, please contact us by telephone or via the Contact Us page to report your decision to return the lanyard and allow us the opportunity to discuss the reason for your dissaticfaction. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the lanyard, however; if it is determined that the lanyard had a defect in craftsmanship or materials, you will be refunded the cost of your shipment confirmed by receipt.
